I also had fun playing with my digital camera (Sony DSC-S85, 4.1 Megapixel). The first 60 or so shots I took at the largest size possible (2272 x 1704) - filled up my first 128MB memory stick. The others I took at (1280 x 960) cause I didn't want to run out of memory stick. I was walking thinking, "What would Pete take a picture of?" LOL!!
Most of the long distance shots, like over the water and such, I set the focus to infinity. There's two pics of a free where one is normal the other has the focus set to infinity and you can see the difference. Some turned out REALLY well, some so-so. But it was a blast and so cool to be able to see the photos right away! There's two photos I played with, you'll be able to tell which they are - the original is after them. One I just tried to lighten up and make shaper, the other I added the watercolor filter. Enjoy! -Rich
